Tropikordia Foundation, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation. Its permanent legal address is 1707 NW 51 Terrace, Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida 32605. It currently has three members on the Board of Directors:

All-Volunteer Staff

By our founding principles, all officers, directors and consultants are unpaid volunteers, ensuring that 100% of funding goes directly to the Foundation's programs.

Accounting Transparency

Tropikordia Foundation pledges to maintain fully transparent accounting by accurately recording all contributions to the organization and by maintaining full and accurate records of all expenditures, with full reporting of this available on the website or, upon request, to any outside party.

Political & Social Advocacy

Tropikordia Foundation will pursue its mission and vision while operating as a non-political charitable organization.

Tax Deductible Contributions

Tropikordia Foundation is a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S Internal Revenue Code, and contributions to Tropikordia Foundation qualify as deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributors will receive a tax receipt statement from the organization for use in preparation of the federal income tax returns. Tropikordia Foundation is registered with the State of Florida, Registration #CH34767
